Items for sale

We have ham gear for sale! For whatever reason, it's time to clear out the ham shack. Although some sellers are open to negotiation, please do your homework! The Club can not verify the operability for a particular task for any of the listed equipment. All sales listed here are considered as a negotiation between the seller and the buyer. Click here

CCARC Membership Information

Remember that Clallam County Amateur Radio Club is your Club! Not only do we need your annual membership dues, (they are due in January) but we need your time as well. Be sure that you are doing your part to ensure the Club remains active and viable. Support CCARC and volunteer for something, no matter how small or large. When everybody does a little, nobody has to do a lot.

Volunteers Wanted!

Observer Reporters for the All Hazards Alert Broadcast (AHAB) Tests
AHAB is sometimes called the Tsunami Warning System, and the system tests occur monthly on the first Monday of every month at 12 Noon. Reports are accepted from anyone, including the general public. If you wish to participate as an observer, there are two ways to report your observations:
  1. For licensed amateur radio hams, there will be a Net on the CCARC repeater.
  2. You can call Jamye at the Clallam County Emergency Management office: 360-417-2525.
Print out a couple of copies of this form to guide you to provide the information that Clallam County Emergency Management is requesting. This is an easy but important community service!

Canadian Packet Net

Join Peter, VE7PMR, for a weekly Packet Net Wednesdays at 1900 or so on a frequency of 145.690. So far there are 5 Hams from the Juan de Fuca border area of the Peninsula who join our Wednesday evening Packet sessions. Peter would like to gather more participants so we can have some additional practice, and do more peer to peer work.
